Your input is appreciated.

I'm starting a new version of the website I've had since the seventh grade, mostly because switching over to this operating system has made it impossible for me to update the old one.  I'm building it on Blogspot, because they have the cheapest rates on paid websites, but it's not a blog-type website originally, so I would appreciate you guys' input on the layout and whether you think it would work for this kind of a situation.  The site is here.
